Must have a Mild/Moderate credential, and EL authorization.
The following must be attach to the edjoin application:

- Credential Copy
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three, no older than a year, signed and dated)
- Resume
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST)
