School Nurse at Azusa Unified
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Nursing License, Baccalaureate Degree, current CPR/1st Aid Certification - Will need to apply for School Nurse Credential if hired Desirable qualifications include a Master's Degree and the ability to communicate in Spanish.
Statement/Letter of Intent, Resume, and 3 Letters of Recommendation are required (current within one year) . If you are a current school nurse, a copy of your most recent evaluation and a copy of your credential is also requested.

Medical insurance plans are available on the Azusa Unified School District website in the staff section. Employees working a 90+% assignment are required to take at least single coverage health insurance with the Azusa Unified School District or provide proof of coverage through another group plan.
