Join Springs Charter Schools as a Department Coordinator – Administrative Operations (Data, Accountability & Charter Development) and play a key role in supporting the data, reporting, and operational functions that help keep our organization running efficiently. This position is ideal for a highly organized, analytical professional who enjoys working with large amounts of data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting compliance through detailed reporting, audits, and cross-department collaboration. At Springs Charter Schools, our Administrative Operations team supports the systems, data, and processes that help serve more than 1,400 employees and thousands of students across Southern California. Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred; or * Associate's degree with at least one (1) year of experience in school data administration, oversight, compliance, and/or an educational administrative assistant role; or * Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated success in school data administration, oversight, compliance, and/or an educational administrative assistant position. * Must have a high level working knowledge of statistics principles as well as Excel and/or Google Sheets, including but not limited to: tables, charts, basic functions and formulas, data sorting and filters, conditional formatting, data validation, and pivot tables.
