Job Summary

Job Summary

The Program Manager provides data management, outcomes analysis, clinical support and oversight to direct services staff, supporting them in collaborating with students, caregivers, educational staff, county agencies, and community organizations to strengthen efforts related to Student Welfare and Attendance. They work to remove barriers to student success by offering direct services, resources, and support to students and families and by helping measure the impact of the services provided. Additionally, they serve as a key resource for invested partners and ensure that all programs align with established guidelines and standards. This position reports to the assigned administrator. Requirements / Qualifications

First Screening: 8/18/26 Education & Experience: • Valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential in Social Work, School Counseling or Psychology (required) • Master’s degree in education, social work, welfare, psychology or counseling (preferred) • Valid California LCSW, LMFT or license eligible (preferred) • A minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in a position performing pupil personnel services and/or related functions in a school or community-based setting • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on building staff capacity in clinical support. • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience working with vulnerable populations, foster care systems, and educational support programs - highly preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - highly preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience. (if applicable) • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to students' homes as needed • CPR/First Aid Certificate to obtain within 60 days Read Job Description for a complete list of job requirements and experience required
