Help shape the future of student success! Springs Charter Schools is seeking an experienced educational leader to serve as our Assistant Director of Postsecondary Pathways. In this key leadership role, you'll help ensure every student has access to meaningful college and career opportunities by leading districtwide initiatives focused on College & Career Indicator (CCI) readiness, career pathways, dual enrollment, and postsecondary planning. Requirements / Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor’s degree required; * Master’s degree desirable in education, educational leadership, counseling, or a related field. * Valid California Clear Single Subject, Multiple-Subject teaching credential or Pupil Services credential required. * Demonstrated experience leading or managing college and career readiness, postsecondary pathways, or similar district or school wide programs. * Experience with community college articulation, dual enrollment, and partnership development preferred. * Experience with community college student matriculation systems and processes, including CATEMA and Open CCC or similar platforms preferred. * Experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS), data reporting, and accountability systems related to pathways, CTE, or postsecondary outcomes. Required Licenses and/or Certificates: * Required to operate a vehicle in the performance of duties; operator must possess an appropriate valid California Driver’s License and maintain possession of such license during the course of employment; * Have an acceptable driving record; * Must be insurable at standard rates by District’s insurance carrier and maintain such insurability during the course of employment.

This includes leading efforts related to College & Career Indicator (CCI) readiness, master scheduling, four-year student planning, Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, A-G completion, dual enrollment, work-based learning, and other programs that expand postsecondary opportunities. This position also supervises the College, Career, & Grant Coordinator while fostering partnerships with colleges, universities, employers, and community organizations to strengthen opportunities for students. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic leader who enjoys building systems, using data to drive continuous improvement, and helping schools create equitable opportunities for all learners.
