About the Employer Twin Rivers Charter School, TRCS, is a TK-8 independent Charter School serving around 500 students in Yuba City. At TRCS, our vision is to inspire and prepare students for academic excellence and to cultivate responsible, engaged, and well-rounded citizens. We focus our efforts on early intervention and growth acceleration, meeting every student where they are. We are looking for dynamic staff who align with our core values of empowerment, accountability, community, high standards, and growth for both students and staff. This position is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2:30-5:00PM and Wednesdays 1:15-5:00PM. Essential Duties may include but are not limited to: * Following and carrying out all of the workplace expectations, policies, regulations and rules of the Twin Rivers Charter School, including enforcing rules and expectations for student behavior *Ensuring activities, facilities, and the school environment are safe; including reporting any potentially unsafe conditions to the appropriate person *Providing direct instruction to students and supervising students *Assisting students with homework and reading *Leading crafts, play, or other activities *Cleaning up after each activity *Ensuring facilities, equipment, and supplies are properly secured and/or stored *Other duties as assigned by school administration
