Join our team for stable full-time employment, high-quality clinical supervision, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting local K-12 students and their families. The Wraparound Associate Therapist delivers comprehensive, individualized therapeutic interventions across school, home, and community settings to help K-12 students meet their social-emotional and behavioral IEP goals. Operating as a critical member of an interdisciplinary team, the therapist travels directly to school sites and district locations to provide field-based mental health support and counseling. Utilizing the 10 principles of the Wraparound model, the therapist provides individual, group, and family counseling tailored to the unique strengths of each family while continuously collaborating with Behavioral Coaches, Parent Partners, Coordinators, School Psychologists, and District staff to ensure family voice, choice and cultural competence are integrated into all interventions. While managing a diverse caseload independently in the field, the therapist actively participates in required Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) clinical supervision to build advanced clinical skills and advance toward licensure.

A Master’s degree in psychology, mental health, counseling, social work, or a related field is required. An active registration or official BBS eligibility letter as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinical Social Worker is required. Two (2) years of successful experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students in a school setting or other community-based organization (relevant graduate-level practicum, clinical internship, or fieldwork hours are fully accepted) providing direct social-emotional, behavioral, and/or mental health services.
