Help support exceptional students by ensuring the contracts and services behind their success are in place. Join Springs Charter Schools as part of our Special Education team, where you'll coordinate critical agreements with non-public schools, agencies, and service providers while helping maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements. Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: * Three years successful experience in a special education finance or leadership position - preferred * Minimum Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university * Administrative credential (clear or in process of being cleared) - preferred * General office principals, practices and procedures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and Google Suites * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

In this vital support role, you'll work closely with the Senior Director and Directors of Special Education to coordinate the contracts, agreements, and documentation that help ensure students receive the specialized services they need. You'll manage Non-Public School (NPS) and Non-Public Agency (NPA) contracts, oversee Individual Service Agreements (ISAs), and partner with vendors to maintain accurate, compliant records in accordance with IDEA 2004 and California Education Code.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and outside agencies while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a commitment to supporting students with exceptional needs.
