Job Summary
Under minimal supervision of an Information Technology manager, performs repair, maintenance and operation of electronic, audio-video devices, network and telecommunications systems. Performs journeyman level installations, maintenance and repair of all audio-video, computer equipment, network printers, network and telecommunications equipment. Provides training and technical support to end-users.
