About the Position: The Human Resources Operations Technician is a dynamic role that supports educators, employees, and school districts throughout Trinity County by coordinating specialized Human Resources programs that strengthen public education. This position serves as a technical resource in areas such as educator credentialing, CALPADS reporting, countywide substitute services, educator workforce development initiatives, employee support programs, and other Human Resources operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys learning, solving complex problems, and helping others navigate California's educational systems. No two days are exactly alike. About Trinity County Office of Education: Located in the beautiful mountains of Northern California, the Trinity County Office of Education supports nine school districts serving approximately 1,600 students across one of California's most scenic and rural counties. Behind that work is a dedicated Human Resources team committed to helping employees, educators, and school districts succeed. Through collaboration, innovation, and exceptional customer service, we provide expertise in payroll, credentialing, educator workforce development, and Human Resources operations—building trusted partnerships that strengthen public education throughout Trinity County.
