Requirements / Qualifications
3 Letters of Recommendation Letter of Introduction Transcripts Resume Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current California Occupational Therapy License issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy. NBCOT Certification. Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance. TB clearance. Ability to meet all credentialing requirements for California public schools.
