Position Summary Stepping Stones Therapy is seeking an experienced part-time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year to provide leadership and clinical oversight within a school-based setting. This position is ideal for an experienced school-based SLP who enjoys case management, assessments, and collaboration while maintaining minimal direct therapy responsibilities. The selected clinician will supervise **one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)** and oversee all aspects of the speech-language special education process for an assigned middle school caseload. Position Details * Part-Time * Elementary School * 2026–2027 School Year * Flexible schedule based on school needs * Minimal direct therapy responsibilities Key Responsibilities * Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in accordance with California and ASHA guidelines. * Conduct initial evaluations, annual reviews, and triennial assessments. * Develop assessment reports and determine student eligibility for speech-language services. * Manage all speech-language Individualized Education Program (IEP) responsibilities for the assigned caseload. * Prepare and present IEPs, annual reviews, and assessment results during multidisciplinary team meetings. * Complete progress reports and maintain accurate, timely special education documentation. * Collaborate with teachers, administrators, school psychologists, parents, and other service providers to support student success. * Maintain ongoing communication with families regarding student progress, assessment results, and recommendations. * Ensure compliance with IDEA, California special education regulations, district timelines, and ASH
