Job Summary

Under the direction of the Safety Supervisor, provide support for the safety and welfare of personnel, students, facilities, grounds policy, classroom and non-classroom activities, and District employees while on district grounds; respond to reports of vandalism, burglary, fire, or other emergencies at various district facilities; patrol assigned campus, buildings, and grounds on foot or in a District vehicle; supports the instructional process with specific responsibilities for the safety and welfare of students while on school grounds; monitoring personnel and/or visitors; communicating information in response to inquiries; and enforcing school and District rules and regulations pertaining to student academic behavior and drug prevention.
