Requirements / Qualifications

**POSITION IS SUBSTITUTE AS NEEDED** Complete online application Current resume Three letters of recommendation (signed and dated within 1 year) Copy of High School Diploma or equivalent Current TB test Valid First Aid and CPR card certification issued by an authorized agency (preferred) **Must be able to obtain clear DOJ/FBI fingerprints

KNOWLEDGE OF: • Modern office practices, procedures and equipment. • Telephone techniques and etiquette. • Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary. • Operation of a computer and assigned software. • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy. • Basic first aid techniques. ABILITY TO: • Perform clerical duties in support of an assigned school office or program. • Answer telephones and greet the public courteously. • Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer and assigned software. • Understand and follow oral and written directions. • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others. • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
