Job Summary
Under immediate supervision this entry-level clerical position performs a variety of clerical tasks in support of school special education programs. This includes scheduling Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings (initial, plan reviews, re-evaluations, and amendments), coordinating participants to ensure compliance, managing IEP documentation, and maintaining records related to special education services. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks related to special education. The incumbent works closely with special education case carriers, teachers, speech providers, and psychologists to support the effective delivery of special education services.
