We are seeking a reliable and energetic School Cafeteria Worker to join our team. The Cafeteria Worker will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to students and staff in a friendly, efficient, and hygienic manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing nutritious and delicious meals. Key Responsibilities: Meal Preparation and Serving: Prepare a variety of food items following established menus, recipes, and portion controls. Serve meals to students in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure that all food items are prepared, stored, and served safely in accordance with health and safety standards. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, serving areas, and dining areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring all are sanitized and properly stored. Follow all local, state, and federal food safety regulations and guidelines. Customer Service: Interact with students and staff in a positive and friendly manner. Address any questions or concerns regarding menu items or food allergies. Assist with the receiving and proper storage of food deliveries.
