Under general supervision, this journey-level technical instructional support position provides comprehensive support in student orientation, registration, scheduling, and academic planning. This role acts as a liaison between students, parents, and staff, assisting with student records, class schedules, grades, and testing. The technician assists in developing the master schedule, facilitating credit recovery, and supporting secondary academic planning and course selection, while ensuring compliance with District policies and procedures.
