Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: 2 year’s related event planning experience. Associate’s degree preferred. Springs experience a plus. * Required to operate a vehicle in the performance of duties; operator must possess an appropriate valid California Driver’s License and maintain possession of such license during the course of employment; * Have an acceptable driving record; * Must be insurable at standard rates by District’s insurance carrier and maintain such insurability during the course of employment.

The Events and Community Engagement Technician coordinates the academic activities for all home based programs and some schoolwide events. This person also coordinates and leads specific homeschool public relations activities including sending materials, coordinating, and staffing events. Regional events are conducted in all areas Springs Charter Schools serve students. For detailed information on specific duties and responsibilities, please refer to the full job description.
