Requirements / Qualifications
Must already be fingerprint cleared and have a valid Credential/Substitute Permit and countywide clearance through the Tulare County Office of Education TB Test CBEST Countywide Clearance through TCOE (Fingerprints) Credential Copy (Valid Teaching Credential or Substitute Permit) Only selected candidates will be contacted to move forward with substitute process.
