FCUSD is searching for a dedicated administrator who excels in a collaborative setting to join our team. As a member of our school community, the administrator will collaborate with teachers and other principals in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). FCUSD site administrators are trained in the Breakthrough Coach strategy for leading teaching and learning on their campus using coaching and continuous improvement principles. FCUSD administrators build restorative and equitable school climate on their campuses that create the conditions for learning. By engaging in collaborative planning, analyzing data, and providing continuous support, the administrator will play a key role in enhancing instructional methods and student achievements. Diverse individuals are encouraged to apply. Credential: Administrative credential appropriate to the level of assignment or Certificate of Eligibility for Administrative Services Credential. Experience: A minimum of three years teaching and/or counseling with evidence of demonstrated leadership. Education: An advanced degree from an approved institution is not required but is desirable. *Internal candidates applying for a lateral move from a current AP position to a new AP position will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in their current AP position to be considered* Employment is conditional upon satisfaction set forth below: - DOJ Clearance /Background Check - AB 2534 Egregious Misconduct Check - TB Clearance - Valid CA Driver’s License - Verification of Appropriate California Credential(s) - Board of Trustees Approval

Williamson Elementary School in Rancho Cordova, a Community School, is seeking an Assistant Principal to serve our approximately 500 Title I students from preschool through fifth grade. If you are interested in joining Williamson's hardworking team, you will participate in these programs and systems: Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Restorative Practices, Responsive Classroom, Coordination of Services Team (COST), High Reliability Schools (HRS), and Professional Learning Communities (PLC), as well as other site and district initiatives. To meet the needs of implementing these programs, our grade-level teams collaborate twice a week during the school day while their students participate in Spanish, Art, and Science classes with certificated teachers, and after school twice a month. Our collaborative staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming. We are looking for an equity-minded, data-focused, systems-thinker to join our school leadership team who will support and advocate for our diverse learners, their families, and our school staff.
