The Kindergarten assistant will help to support an exceptional Waldorf Early Childhood experience for the students. They will help with preparation, organization, tidiness of both indoor and outdoor learning spaces. The assistant will engage with students, and help to supervise them, aligned with the principles of Waldorf Education. Expectations Familiarity with Waldorf teaching philosophy, or interest and willingness to learn. Possess a keen sense of awareness of their environment (multi-tasker, alert to surroundings). Friendly and approachable (with students and parents). Positive and energetic personality, enjoys working with children Patient, understanding, flexible, open to follow instructions and adhere to schedules. Vitality to meet the physical demands of working with young children. Able to manage students in a classroom and playground setting.

Education and Qualifications Early Childhood Education experience preferred Waldorf Early Childhood experience preferred First Aid Training and CPR Mandated Reporter Training
