New West Charter is an award-winning 6-12th grade independent charter school in Los Angeles, California. Our school attracts a diverse student population from all over the area, focuses on academics, and builds confidence through the arts and athletics. We are looking to add an enthusiastic Music teahcer to New West’s middle school faculty to serve students in grades 6-8. The ideal candidate would be a highly qualified and experienced teacher who is ready to direct the following courses: -Beginning Band -Intermediate Band -Percussion Ensemble -Beginning String -Intermediate Strings -Music Ensemble
Requirements / Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree (required) -Must have current CA Teaching Credential in Music (required) -CLAD Certification or EL Authorization (required) -1+ years teaching experience (required)
