Gateway High School is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Girls Varsity Basketball Coach to lead and develop our program. The ideal candidate will foster athletic excellence, sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth while creating a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes. Requirements / Qualifications
* High school diploma required. * Prior coaching experience in basketball, preferably at the high school or collegiate level. * Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, player development, game strategy and rules. * Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to reach their full potential. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). * Ability to work with diverse groups of students and collaborate with other coaches and staff members.
