DAILY RATES: Days 1-30: $225/daily, $250/daily for Special Ed. & DLI assignments (must hold Spanish Language Authorization or passage of CSET Spanish Subtest III -Language and Communication - for DLI assignment rate ) Days 31-90: $260/daily, $285/daily for Special Ed. & DLI assignments Days 91-180: $330/daily, $350/daily for Special Ed. & DLI assignments
Requirements / Qualifications
Current California Credential or willing to apply for substitute teaching permit (must have at least a bachelor's degree to apply for the 30 sub permit) TB clearance Livescan Background clearance (upon hire) Transcripts (official transcripts upon hire) Selected applicants will be processed through the DOJ, FBI, and NASDTEC. NASDTEC is a clearinghouse that checks credential status in all 50 states.
Letters of reference are highly desirable but not required.

We would love to have you consider joining our Substitute Teacher Team. We permit our substitutes to work as little or as much as they want with no limit to the number of hours per month. Substitutes interested in working middle school, the Spanish Immersion Elementary program and special education assignments highly desirable. No restrictions on working for more than one district.
