Job Summary
The Director of School Leadership will provide the following support for the Pajaro Valley School District: Lead collaboratively with site principals to support all areas of school function. Provide a single point of communication between sites and district office. Help grow Principals to lead in the area of curriculum and instruction. Provide direct oversight and evaluation of site principals.
Requirements / Qualifications
Letter of Introduction Resume 3 letters of reference including one from a current supervisor Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; Master’s degree or advanced degree preferred. Valid administrative credential. Teaching credential
Teaching credential and classroom experience preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in educational leadership, district-level program management, or a related field. Experience working at both the site and district level preferred.
