DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: This is the first level in the Custodial series, requiring some prior experience but no formal training. Advancement to Custodian II or higher positions will require at least 1 year on the job, a demonstrated ability to function independently with general instructions or work orders, to properly handle chemicals, and the ability to perform light maintenance. See job description for additional information. Valid Driver license. Must take and pass the District Custodian I/II Test prior to being hired. Test is available in Spanish. Custodian Test Location: Adult Education at Woodland Adult Education - 575 Hays Street Room: F4 Call (530) 662-0798 to schedule a test appointment.
