Minimum Qualifications: Under the direction of a principal, plan, provide and monitor physical education classes for children in cooperation with certificated staff members; provide a quality standards-based and develop knowledge and skills in exercises, sports, and teamwork; distribute classroom equipment. Education & Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one-year experience working with school-aged children in an organized setting. Licenses and Other Requirements: Valid First Aid and CPR certificates. Ability To: • Plan, provide, and monitor physical education classes for children in cooperation with certificated staff members. • Provide a standard-based program and develop knowledge and skills in exercise, sports, and teamwork. • Motivate students to participate in sports and physical activities. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children. • Implement learning activities for children. • Administer First Aid and CPR.
