Job Summary

The Director of Business Services, State and Federal Programs provides leadership and oversight for the District’s state and federal programs. Under the direction of the Associate Superintendent of Business Services, this position is responsible for strategic planning, fiscal monitoring, program compliance, budgeting, evaluation, and required reporting. The Director leads the development and implementation of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and categorical programs, including Title I, Title II, Title III, LCFF Supplemental and Concentration Grants, and Migrant Education. This position works collaboratively with District staff, school leaders, students, families, community partners, and governmental agencies to promote program quality, continuous improvement, accountability, and equitable outcomes for all students.
