BASIC FUNCTION: Work under the direction of the designated Director II. Performs duties of a school mental health clinician working with individual students and small groups with parent approval. Provides documentation on individual therapy goals and progress as needed and directed. Provides clinical counseling and case management services.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: • Licensed as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of California or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). As long as the clinician is holding a Licensed Professional Counseling Intern certification, salary placement is limited to step one on the salary range for this classification. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Graduation from an accredited graduate program with the receipt of a Master’s Degree in Counseling/Psychology or Social Work is required. • Two years of experience in a mental health setting under clinical supervision as required to qualify for the State recognized license
