Date: July 13, 2026 School Name: Our Lady of Loretto School School Address: 1811 Virginia Avenue, Novato, CA 94945 School Phone: (415) 892-8621 Contact Person: Mrs. Kendra Antonio Position Title: Part-Time bookkeeper (12 hours a week) REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Income - Billing parents (manage in Schoolspeak - tuition, fees, aftercare, field trips, etc) - Donations - Fundraising (PTG & school events) - Accounts receivable - Receive income/deposits: online (multiple sources), branch deposits * Payables - Create bills - credit card reconciliation * Work closely with Principal and attend monthly meetings with Pastor and Finance Committee * Manage budgets: school, PTG, classrooms * Month end bank reconciliation - review, compare with budget * Tuition Assistance * Manage parent questions & tax statements Proficient in Quickbooks online (required), Excel, Schoolspeak, Spanish speaking preferred but not required
