Aveson School of Leaders is seeking an exceptional Transitional Kindergarten Advisor (Teacher) who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for our youngest learners. The TK Advisor designs a classroom where children learn through exploration, purposeful play, inquiry, language development, movement, social interaction, and hands-on experiences. The ideal candidate understands child development, values relationships, and creates a classroom culture where every child feels safe, capable, and inspired to learn. The TK Advisor works collaboratively with families, instructional assistants, special education staff, specialists, and leadership to ensure every child develops academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.
