We are seeking passionate and skilled Education Specialists to join our team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and providing educational remediation tailored to meet diverse learner needs. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and student support strategies, combined with a drive to foster academic and personal growth. Specialists must have experience working with students with moderate/severe dyslexia, ADHD, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, executive functioning and other learning differences. Candidate must be willing to meet in person and open to supporting K-12 students.

Masters degree
Certificate of either: Special Education Educational Therapy Education

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized educational goals based on formal testing results and informal assessments.
- Provide personalized, one-on-one support to students either at the client’s school (either Rancho Santa Fe or La Jolla) or in our Sorrento Valley office.
- Collaborate closely with educators and parents to establish and monitor student progress toward goals.
- Employ data-driven methods to evaluate student performance and refine instructional strategies as needed.
- Preference will be given to candidates with training in evidence-based programs such as Wilson, Orton-Gillingham, or Lindamood-Bell.
- A master’s degree in education or special education is highly desirable.
