Job Summary
Under direction of the administration, this lead-level technical position plays a key role in maintaining campus safety, guiding and supporting other campus supervisors, and ensuring the general welfare of students and staff. While this is not a supervisory role, this position assists in scheduling and training campus supervisors, leads daily oversight of activities, and supports investigations of incidents on campus. Responsibilities include patrolling the campus and adjacent areas, monitoring student behavior, ensuring adherence to school rules, and coordinating with administrators to maintain a secure environment. Additionally, the Campus Supervisor Lead develops rapport with students and staff; assists with emergency situations, responds to crises, contributes to the development of safety protocols and may contact law enforcement as needed.
