About the Employer

Oak Hill was founded on the principle that all learning happens within the context of meaningful relationships. Within such a relationship, an understanding of each child’s individual differences are formed, and instruction proceeds from this understanding. Oak Hill teachers create classrooms that stimulate engagement, develop communicative competence, foster community, and celebrate the uniqueness of every person who is a part of it. Daily routines include project-based, thematic instruction, rich with meaningful skill development, and guided by goals and objectives. We seek people with whom this approach resonates.
