Requirements / Qualifications
The Baldwin Park Unified School District is recruiting for a Computer Service Tech II. This position is located at the District Office, Educational Technology Support Department. The Computer Service Technician II is under the direction of the Director of Educational Technology Support and will perform a combination of technical and resource services for the ETS Department. The selection process tentatively consists of the District application review, departments practicum/performance exam, and interview. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education High school graduation or GED Experience Two years of training in Computer Science, data processing, or related field and 6 months of experience with microcomputers in a Local Area Network (LAN) environment. Additional Requirements Possession of a valid and appropriate California Driver’s License, Microcomputer repair and CompTia A+ and CompTia N+ certification. A valid California driver’s license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites may be required.
