Job Summary
The Special Education Aide provides instructional, behavioral, social-emotional, and personal support to students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Program (IEP). This position may require working exclusively with one assigned student throughout the school day across all educational settings, including the classroom, playground, cafeteria, assemblies, field trips, and other school activities. The aide works under the direction of the Special Education Teacher, Principal, and other designated staff to promote student success while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
