THE OPPORTUNITY (POSITION OVERVIEW) Reporting to the Director, the Student Information Systems Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining any and all systems relating to enrollment, registration, student records, state reporting and transcripts. The Student Information Systems Coordinator will supervise, organize and manage the registration staff in filing, processing enrollment, receiving and sending out cumulative records, updating systems as necessary, completing state reporting in a timely manner and performing all functions necessary to maintain an efficient and organized office and student database system.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Job-related office experience and/or training preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in technology skills with the ability to learn and use online platforms, systems and software to support registration/enrollment and record keeping. Previous experience with enrollment/registration preferred. Demonstrate ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Exercise mature judgment in working with confidential information.
