As a Behavior Analyst, you will provide direct and indirect behavior analysis and behavioral programming services to individuals within an elementary autism support classroom at Devereux Day Academy–Laguna Hills. Additionally, you will: - Conduct descriptive behavioral assessments and interprets the results and designs ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions for individuals. - Provide direction and mentorship to instructional support specialists and behavior support specialists relative to behavioral strategies and implementation of individual behavior programs. - Provide RBT supervision to staff certified as Registered Behavioral Technicians.
