Job Summary
Under general supervision, assists in conducting learning experiences for students in assigned areas of study and performs a variety of clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel in the conduct of class work. This position is part of the classified bargaining unit.

DUTIES
1. Assist classroom teacher with the organization and management of daily classroom activities.
2. Provide small group instruction in all academic areas as required by the teacher.
3. Supervise students in SAFE, playground, hallways, or in cafeteria.
4. Use positive behavior support to help students comply with school rules and behavioral expectations.
5. Assist students in resolving conflicts if assistance is needed.
