TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to training and experience that could likely provide knowledge, skills and abilities would be qualifying. A typical way to gain knowledge, skills and abilities required of this position would be: High school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of food preparation and kitchen practices, paid work experience in food service operations, preferably including baking, experience in all aspects of food production process, quantity cooking and large-scale food handling practices.
