Performs a variety of highly specialized secretarial and administrative support duties, including (but not limited to) the leadership of others; taking and transcribing of complex, specialized, or highly technical dictation, development and administration of office systems; independent research; assistance in budget development and monitoring; general record keeping; and program coordination involving resources from other work teams.

To advance to Level III, incumbents would be expected to have a minimum of two years experience as a Level II to learn the unique operations of the function served, as well as the following demonstrated competencies: proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, data base, and graphics media; ability to coordinate projects requiring information from other sources; ability to design an office information system. Advancement to the next level would require promotion to confidential staff. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent supplemented by post secondary course work in secretarial science or a related business field required. Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience, with minimum of 1 of those being equal to Administrative Secretary II level is required.

Comments and Other Information
The District will contribute towards health benefits on a prorated basis (based on employee's work year and hours assigned). The benefit package includes options for medical, dental and vision. Medical plan options include Kaiser, Western Health Advantage and Sutter Health Plus.
$10,960 per year for Employee-only medical benefit selection.
$13,000 per year for Employee+1 or Family medical benefit selection.
