Completion of SB-1626 training (Certificate)
Copy of SB 1626 certificate, high school diploma, cover letter, reference letters, resume, and CPR/First Aid certification must be attached for consideration. - At least one reference letter must be provided by a current supervisor. - Proof of TB will be required upon employment offer.
