Job Summary
Pleasant View Elementary School District (PVESD) is accepting applications for on-call, as-needed Classified Substitutes to support our schools throughout the school year. Classified substitute opportunities may include Instructional Aide, Cafeteria Assistant, Custodial, and other classified support positions as needed. This position is not a guarantee of work. Assignments are offered through the District's substitute management system (Red Rover) based on staffing needs. Work Schedule Hours vary depending on the position and assignment. Assignments may be available on a full-day, partial-day, or short-term basis. Compensation $18.00 per hour for all classified substitute positions. Required Documents: Completed EdJoin Application Current Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance Mandated Reporter Training Certificate Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Certificate (SB 1343 Additional Required Documents (Instructional Aide Applicants) Applicants should submit one of the following: Official or unofficial college transcripts showing at least 48 semester units (or equivalent quarter units), or Proof of an Associate's degree or higher, or Proof of passing the Instructional Aide Assessment.
