Title: TK After School Program Associate (part-time)

Reports to: Division Head

Start Date: August 2026

All Saints Day School seeks energetic and proactive team players to serve as After-School Program Associates. The school’s After Care program runs daily during the school year, and the hours for this position are generally Monday- Thursday, 2:45-5:15, and Friday, 2:45-4:30. Members of the After Care team are responsible for supervising students and leading indoor and outdoor activities.


The school is looking for someone for between three and five days a week.


This is a limited, part-time position. The school anticipates paying candidates for this position $21-$25 per hour, based on factors such as experience, education, and any additional duties assigned.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise students during TK (4-year-olds) After Care program, including indoor and outdoor free play and snack time
  2. Assist in administrative needs to support program activities, such as maintaining daily attendance records
  3. Facilitate relationship-building between students and provide conflict resolution support as needed
  4. Communicate with parents daily during pick-up time, providing student updates
  5. Observe and enforce school rules and all health and safety regulations
  6. Help maintain and organize the After Care program supplies and spaces

  1. Model on a daily basis the conduct we expect of our students, and consistently exhibit the highest standards of professionalism.
  2. Defend the dignity and worth of each member of the community and create an environment that fosters respect, understanding, and acceptance of differences; always model appropriate and ethical behavior
  3. Be a positive and contributing member of the professional community
  4. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Head of School



Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred)
  2. Must be able to provide (or obtain with the support of the school) a valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
  3. Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting and background check
  4. Broad knowledge and an appreciation of child development
  5. Creativity, flexibility, and a growth mindset, with an interest in being part of a community of learners
