Job Summary

Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of District Operations or Designee, plan, organize, coordinate and perform a variety of complex technical and specialized functions in support of the human resources operations, District position control, related budget management, cost analysis, projections for staffing, document tracking, application processing, database management, auditing duties and other related duties as assigned; serve as a technical resource to the Assistant Superintendent of District Operations or Designee, District personnel and others regarding assigned programs, functions, policies and procedures; process and analyze a variety of forms and applications; prepare and maintain a variety of statistical and narrative records, files, records and reports; maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information; perform related duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: >Any combination equivalent to:Associate degree in accounting, business or bookkeeping and; >Four years of increasingly responsible clerical accounting or human resources experience. Education requirement may be substituted by work experience of a closely related nature. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: >Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or a related field. >Experience in a County Office of Education, school district or governmental agency. This position is part of the Confidential Employee Unit at MCUSD/MCOE and will be placed on the Confidential Employee Salary schedule, range 40 - step placement dependent on relevant work experience.
