The job of “Teacher – Secondary/High School” is done for the purpose/s of developing students’ academic skills through academic courses of study and implementing District approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of students; providing a safe and optimal learning environment, and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.

•Valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential: Social Science with EL Authorization; •Knowledge of Instructional Shifts and Content of the new CA History-Social Science Framework; •Ability to employ a variety of teaching methodologies; •Willing to learn and teaching Intro to Aviation; •Ability to collaborate with staff; •Effective communication and organizational skills; •Willingness to be involved with co- and extra-curricular activities.
