Job Summary
Paraprofessional Instructional Aide in a Montessori classroom. Primary/Elementary Aide positions require multitasking, working with students TK-3, and an ability to take direction from senior staff members. Instructional aides work in the classroom supporting students and teachers. Good written, grammar, spelling, language, reading, arithmetic, and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of staff, parents and students. Good organizational skills, computer skills, and knowledge of Montessori methods required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Applicant must show evidence of two years of training or education beyond a high school diploma. Fingerprint Clearance (once hired fingerprinting will be done) 3 recent Letters of Recommendation Resume TB Screening (can be submitted once hired)
