Job Summary

Teachers at The Classical Academy are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and supervision through lesson planning and data-driven practices. Teachers are responsible for maintaining accurate records and required documentation, and for collaborating with families and other teachers to monitor student progress and make instructional adjustments. This position contributes to a positive school culture through a strong commitment to professional growth, technology integration, and excellent service to students, parents, and the community. This position supports and upholds the mission and vision of The Classical Academies. Qualifications: - Current California PK-3 Early Childhood Education (ECE) Specialist Instruction Credential is required OR - Current California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential is required with one of the following three things: At least 24 early childhood education and/or childhood development units, a California Child Development Teacher Permit, or (for internal applicants only) professional experience in a classroom setting with preschool age children comparable to the 24 units of education - Prior teaching instruction experience is desirable
