Job Summary
Lassen Union High School District is seeking a dependable, Full-Time Substitute Roving Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This position requires a Monday through Friday commitment beginning August 11, 2026. The District will assign assignments. The Roving Teacher will report to campus each school day and provide classroom coverage wherever a substitute teacher is needed. On days when certificated substitute coverage is not required, the employee will assist as a substitute paraprofessional to support student learning and campus operations. Daily certificated sub rate: $175/daily sub/emergency permit $200/daily full credential

The Lassen Union High School District is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Susanville, CA, which is approximately 2 hours from Redding, CA or 1.5 hours from Reno, NV.
