Atascadero Unified School District 5601 West Mall, Atascadero, CA 93422 Job Opportunity DATE : July 13th, 2026 POSITION : Educational Behavior Specialist HOURS : 8 hours a day / 200 work days per year SALARY : Special Services Salary Schedule Base Annual Salary Range $86,292 - $104,664* *2% Educational Enhancement Benefits include various health, dental and vision insurance packages, CalPERS Retirement, Vacation, and 3 Personal Business days. QUALIFICATIONS :Complete job description available at the District Office - Master’s Degree in Psychology or Special Education and Board Certificated Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certificate ~ OR ~ Valid CA Education Specialist Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology - Minimum three years supervision and / or teaching experience with students with exceptional needs - Evidence of behavioral training and experience - Knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Non-violent Crisis Intervention training, and Functional Behavioral Assessments - DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance required - TB clearance required prior to working DEADLINE : Open until filled Apply on www.edjoin.org to complete an application.
